If you are unable to make your appointment you may cancel online up to 24 hours in advance. You may call to cancel your appointment up to 8 hours in advance with no penalty. Because we are by appointment only we may ask that you provide us a credit card to hold your time slot. Should you have to cancel less than 8-hours in advance or you are a no show, a 10% charge will be administered to your credit card for each booked session(s). To re-book, it will have to be approved. There will also be a 50% deposit required for a re-book. If you arrive more than 10 min late without notice you are forfeiting your scheduled appointment time and may have to wait to be seen. We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as  soon as possible. The phone is on 24 hours a day. We ask that you please arrive 5 min before your appointment. In return, we will do our best to minimize your waiting time.
